Movemie and all of its original content are the sole property of movemie.com and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.
Termination

Our site does contain a number of links to other websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by Movemie.
Movemie has no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services. Therefore, we strongly advise you to read the entire Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of any site that you visit as a result of following a link that is posted on our site.
Google provides Movemie with both links and resources in the form of Google Analytics and Advertisements. Therefore, all our subscribers are also bound by Googles’ Privacy Policy Found here: Google.
Another one of these sites is Googles’ YouTube. Because Movemie uses the YouTube API for Reboot submissions, all subscribers are bound by the YouTube Terms of Services found here: Youtube.
Movemie is also an Affiliate of Fandango Media LLC. As a result of this affiliation we offer movie tickets and updated movie news daily. For this reason, all Movemie subscribers are also bound by the Fandango Privacy Policy found Here: Fandango.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of New York, N.Y United States.
Changes to This Agreement
Movemie reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on our site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of Movemie after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Social network terms and conditions
Website use
This document is based on Movemies’ Terms and Conditions. It includes a limited licence to users, who are permitted only to view, download to a web browser cache and print pages from the social network site. Streaming and access to other website services may also be included in the permitted uses. Uses that may be expressly banned include republishing or selling Movemie information and commercial uses.
Website misuse
The Terms and Conditions contain additional restrictions on use of Movemie, which include prohibitions on uses that:
- harm Movemie or harm people;
- constitute fraud or are otherwise against the law;
- spread malware; or
- involve systematic data gathering.
Other potential prohibitions include using robots and using information from Movemie for direct marketing.
Accounts and passwords
The Terms and Conditions require users wishing to access Movemies’ functionalities to register an account, and to secure their passwords. Users must be above a minimum age and a residency requirement may be included. By using the site, users implicitly agree to the Terms and Conditions and they might be asked to expressly agree to the Terms and Conditions upon registration.
User content
Certain hazards are inherent in social networking. For instance, derogatory messages may be posted by users, including messages that might be actionable. The Terms and Conditions contain an explicit agreement from the user that the user will not take action against Movemie in respect of such posts.
Although users provide a licence to the social network and waive various rights with respect to what they post to the site, users remain responsible for their content. This content must observe strict limitations: in summary, user posts must not be contrary to law or deemed otherwise undesirable. The Terms and Conditions include more specific restrictions too, which prohibit (amongst other things):
- libel;
- obscenity and indecency;
- violations of intellectual property rights;
- negligent statements; and
- hate speech.
Movemie retains the right to edit or remove user content and to block a user’s access to the site.
Operator liability
Movemie will benefit from limitations on its liability; users agree that Movemie will not be held liable for any damage caused by their violation of the Terms and Conditions or their use of the site.
Modification of the terms and conditions
Movemie may modify the Terms and Conditions periodically in its discretion. The Terms and Conditions provide the option as to how to notify users of any changes and obtain their agreement to the updated Terms and Conditions. Movemie may also transfer its rights under the contract in its discretion.
Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access Movemie.com immediately.
